This seems oddly familiar...

paultjessup @ 1: I would say that I was shocked that there's a short story out there that made reference to Schrodinger's work, but...actually, I'm not. :)
Joshua Starr

His head is in two locations at once! QUANTUM HEAD.

Okay, actually the art is fun and I'm looking forward to seeing where this goes...

Cat-centric! Awesomeness! :)

Was my other post deleted?

TooMuchExposition @ 2:
Yeah, but my point was that both follow a similiar train of logic using the undead and Schrodinger's cat. That, I thought, was surprising.
7. netbob
Aren't cats kinda undead already? So making a zombie cat would really have the reverse effect?
Megan Messinger
8. thumbelinablues
RobertB @ 6 -- No, I think they're running a smaller, perhaps jump-drive, version of OS X. :-P
9. genericwhiteguy
I like the combination of Schroedinger and undead zombie cats-- clever!

This other zombie site cracks me up -- greeting cards for the zombie apocalypse and a funny zombie news blog.
10. Dilirah
Hahahaha. I have a no-tail Manx, so that part about the Manx cracked me up.
11. DBarr
Thumbalinablues: would that be Panther, Leopard or Tiger?

(And why did they name the OS X series after German tanks?)
12. brian victor c.
brilliant art of course . I didn't get the joke though . Because I'm a zombie too .

I can not believe that Tor is collaborating with Jim Ottaviani and Sean Bieri in this horror! Taking these sweet, lovable, little kittens and turning them over to vombification!

I hope you can assure me that no cats were harmed (physically, mentally, or spiritually) in the production of this travesty.

Concerned Californian,

Speaking of horror, I have to admit that Bieri's :
Made me laugh much louder than I should be willing to admit -- Speaking as both a meat _and_ tofu lover.
15. Fiddlestiks
Is this supposed to be funny?
16. Mumbles Magoo
Jim Ottaviani has written some great, non-fiction, cartoon-books in the past.
17. Michelangelo
Schrödinger's cat - hilarious! In a perfect world, Bela Lugosi would still be around for the movie adaptation.
18. Torsten Adair
Wow... my head hurts just trying to understand the thought expirement with a zombie cat... Must lie down, take break from plans for World Domination...
19. Jen Contino
Good show, Jim & Sean!

Clifton Royston

For those who missed the allusion, Eugene Wigner was another brilliant theoretical physicist, sometimes nicknamed "the silent genius" or "the silent Einstein".
21. Larry T.
I was disappointed. I have other examples of his work and the above is not at the same level.

A short story that makes reference to Schrodinger's Cat? You know, I once had one of those rejected by an editor who said she'd already published five such stories, and that was a lifetime limit....

(I like the no-haggle pricing policy. But I would charge extra for a Manx.)
