Hi Leigh, I was wondering if you were accepting volunteers to help with rereads of some of the latter books. I'd be happy to start one of them, two people means we could go twice as fast! Let me know if I might be of help. -Red

Hey Leigh. I hope you include New Spring in the re-reads. For some reason I had only read it once. I picked it up the other day while waiting for TGS, and I have to say it was a wonderful re-read. I felt like I had never read it before! And IMHO, it should be read in the order published, not as the "first" book. Thanks for all you do!

G'day Leigh! Just wanted to say a HUGE %u201CThank-You%u201D for your work on the WOT re-read and other WOT related things, both on this site, and on other sites in the past. I finished my latest re-read a few months ago and came online in need of %u201Cmore%u201D %u2013 more info on the new book, more chat, more anything-WOT to keep my addiction fed!! Was SO pleasantly surprised to find the re-read, and have had lots of fun, laughs (and *headdesks*!) over the last few weeks working my way through the whole lot (and yes, that includes ALL of the comments!). I%u2019ve been a WOT reader for about 12 years, and have done a re-read each time a new book comes out, so I think this is my sixth or seventh time through, yet between your insightful commentary, and the fantastic input from the comments, I%u2019m finding new things to enjoy and marvel over. Love your writing style, and am really looking forward to the rest of the re-read. Hope you enjoy your well-deserved break!

Hi Leigh, I've shouted everywhere else, I figured I left your box alone so I might as well include it too. Life is good and I am very much enjoying what you do here. It was wonderful to discover other people in the world as crazy as I am about these books. Thank you so much for taking the helm of this and keeping it light hearted even though there are times when things could get grim. It is a part of my life now and I am very grateful.

Hello LadyB! Just a question? Where is everybody? Comments are all gone. Just your excellent post is there and I'm confuzzled. Nothing unusual, really! Is there a problem? Are you trying to post today's post? Am I interrupting anything? Luvnstf, sinful cashew

Hey Leigh... all I can say is WOW. I realize I'm about 8 months late to the party on the re-reads, but just wanted to take a minute to say thank you so much for doing this. The commentary section is like reunion for the old newsgroup, and now I'm all nostalgic. Keep up the great work! Joe Armao

Leigh - Thank you so much. I love your re-caps. I read all the books as they were published and now I am listening to them on CD as I prepare for Brandon Sanderson's take over. Your posts are exactly what i need to fill in the gaps for what I miss on the CD's while at work--um yes, self employed. Thank you again, I look forward to following you through the rest of the existing novels and those to come. I think I love you.

As a man, I tend to give Jordan the benefit of the doubt, in that he was playing to stereotypes within Randland, rather than reinforcing outdated societal views on men vs. women differences. Though I do find your stance on the subject very endearing in an annoying way. Wow, I sound patronizing. Also, I like run-ons as well!
