Or they are if you live somewhere that Tor deigns to sell ebooks to. Australia? Not only are they not $2.99, they're not available at all.

I wonder if Chile gets these sorts of deals (I'm moving there soon). Regardless: bought them all, even though I already own paperbacks of two of them. :)

Just bought all three. Have heard of them all in some capacity over the years.

Ok, every time I try to find the download page I get back here. Where do I have to go to buy these?

Yes. Dear Tor.com, please please put at the top, above the fold, when you've got US-only deals, the same way you do with the giveaways. The disappointment isn't worth it.

This is great! Thanks! I just got a kindle and I have been slowly buying my old books so that I can read them anywhere. Dragging the entire Malazan and Wheel of Time Series around when I move every year is rough, but it's really expensive to replace all of them electronically. This sale is a huge help :) Just got all three on Amazon. Thanks again!

I'm confused by your post. You state "The first pick list we are exploring showcases the premiere volumes of ten different epic fantasy series," but then you only list three below that. I must be reading something incorrectly. What are the other 7? Are there 7 others?

Nevermind. I didn't realize that this was the publisher of the three that were listed. I was forwarded this link by a friend and didn't explore what site I was on. :-)

USA ONLY?

What part of "internet" don't you understand, Tor?

I too have supported the $2.99 price point. If the publisher hasn't made their money on the Wheel of Time yet, charging $9.99 or more ain't gonna make it happen.

Great deal! I already had Eye of the World, but can't beat 2.99 to start a couple of new series.
Thanks Tor!!
