It's easy to game once you notice that if you put in a surname it will fill in all the characters with that surname. I never would have remembered Marge Dursley without that.
Still only got 84 in the time though.

I only got 72. :( I also noticed the surname trick...helped me with all the Weasleys! Most mentioned person that I didn't get was Fudge. Ah well.

Apparently I'm a terrible Harry Potter fan.

94, but I had trouble spelling McGonagall (and she's listed as Professor rather than Minerva) and Scrimgeour, so I'm going to call it 96.

116, but I'm calling it 120 - apparently I can't spell Quirrell or Ollivander. And I THOUGHT I put Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy but it said I missed them.

97, but like natabat, I missed a lot simply because I couldn't spell them.
McGonagall, Scrimgeour, Godric Gryffindor, Trawlawney, and Demelza Robins were all in my head, but I sat there trying to come up with the correct spellings and just couldn't remember them.

73 and I had to have google help me with the spelling for a few and even then I couldn't get Dursely and a few others spelled right. What's sad is that I read down the lists afterwards and recognized nearly every name on there.

It's hard to remember all of the names out of context. I think I only got about 70, but I was well into 150 before I started not having any idea who those people were. Armando Dippet? Scabior? Mafalda Hopkirk? What?

94. I COMPLETELY forgot about all the animals (I guess I was only thinking of people). I did cheat though by googling the spelling of Scrimgeour and McGonagall. That was kinda lame I couldn't just use Minerva.

I got 90 out of my memory only, and I also remembered the Peverells ands the Prewetts, but they aren't on the list. I've got all the main characters, except Dobby and Kreacher:) Well, the elves aren't my favorite characters, so I guess that explains it:) But how could I forget Rita Skeeter!

And for my I life I can't remember who are some of the names, like Bogrod, Karkus or Moran. Must be some Death Eaters.

122! Not bad eh? I had to google some of the names in that list after time, though. I mean, Bogrod? Mr Roberts? So many Quidditch World Cup players? I love how Hagrid's name is right up there, even though he's never been a character pivotal to the plot. Jo really kept him only for the emotional connection (:
