Netflix’s live-action version of Avatar: The Last Airbender has been in production since last November—but new cast members are still being announced. And the latest round is delightful on multiple fronts. One, the legendary George Takei, Prey star Amber Midthunder, Community‘s Danny Pudi, and Teen Wolf‘s Arden Cho are among the new additions. And two? Well, they couldn’t possibly leave out the cabbage merchant!

Here’s the full list of newly announced cast members:

Into the Riverlands

  • Arden Cho (Teen Wolf) as June
  • George Takei (Star Trek: The Original Series) as Koh
  • Momona Tamada (The Baby-Sitters Club) as Ty Lee
  • Thalia Tran (Raya and the Last Dragon) as Mai
  • Utkarsh Ambudkar (Ghosts) as King Bumi
  • Amber Midthunder (Roswell, New Mexico) as Princess Yue
  • Danny Pudi (Mythic Quest) as The Mechanist
  • and James Sie, reprising his role as the Cabbage Merchant

The actors join the already-announced cast, which includes Gordon Cormier (The Stand) as Aang,; Kiawentiio (Rutherford Falls) as Katara; Ian Ousley (Physical) as Sokka; Dallas Liu (Pen15) as Zuko; Paul Sun-Hyung Lee (Kim’s Convenience) as Uncle Iroh; Daniel Dae Kim (Lost) as Fire Lord Ozai; and many more.

One odd note here is that, as you may notice, Ambudkar looks noticeably younger than the King Bumi from the original animated series. Bumi was a friend of Aang’s before Aang was frozen in ice, and so is much, much older when they meet again. Does this mean Aang spends less time in the ice? Or will King Bumi play a different role here?

Albert Kim (Sleepy Hollow) is showrunner, executive producer, and writer for Netflix’s Avatar, which no longer has the involvement of original Avatar creators Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko. No release date has been announced.
