Strange WorldDisney Animation’s next feature film—has another trailer for us, and this one emphasizes the family ties between the three generations of Clades who find themselves in a strange world beneath their planet.

The trailer, set to the music of Bastille’s “Family Ties,” emphasizes that homebody Searcher Clade (voiced by Jake Gyllenhaal) has a complicated relationship with his explorer father Jaeger Clade (voiced by Dennis Quaid). Jaeger has been missing for decades, you see, and the two are reunited within a strange world full of mountains that walk, and water that will dissolve your bones. And if two generations weren’t enough, Searcher’s son Ethan (voiced by Jaboukie Young-White) has his own paternal and grand-paternal relationships to navigate.

We also get more glimpses of the strange world the Clades must navigate through. In the first trailer we saw a lot of pink, squishy creatures lolling around, some of which would happily eat the Clades if they could. This trailer, however, suggests that the strange world isn’t just a pink-hued place; there’s a dark cave that Ethan bravely navigates, and also a green-tinged tunnel that the crew first travels through on their way to places stranger.

How strange will the strange world get? And how will the relationships between three generations of Clades turn out? We’ll get our answers when Strange World premieres in theaters on November 23rd.
