Announcing the 2022 British Fantasy Awards Winners

The winners of the 2022 British Fantasy Awards were announced this weekend during FantasyCon, the Society’s annual gathering, which this year took place in Heathrow.

Shortlists for the awards are voted on by members of the society and FantasyCon, who can each nominate up to six finalists in each category. The winners are chosen by a jury made up of writers, booksellers, and publishing employees.

Best Newcomer (The Sydney J. Bounds Award)
