Everything Star Trek will be on Paramount+, the rejiggered streaming platform formerly known as CBS All Access. The whole Star Trek Universe will soon be available on the streamer—and that includes the upcoming Star Trek: Prodigy. The kid-friendly series from Kevin and Dan Hageman (Trollhunterswas expected to air on Nickelodeon, which developed it alongside CBS Studios. Now, though, the series will first be available on Paramount+, with a later run on Nickelodeon.

Paramount released a first image from Prodigy, which follows six “lawless teens”—all aliens—who commandeer a Starfleet ship. How Captain Janeway fits into this scenario is yet to be revealed. There’s no exact release date for the 10-episode series, but it will debut this year. But according to Variety, the next seasons of Lower Decks and Discovery will start in 2021 as well.

When Prodigy debuts, Paramount+ will be home to all current Trek shows (Discovery, Picard, and Lower Decks), all episodes from previous Trek series, and, per a press release, “a selection of Star Trek films,” which is a little vague. Star Trek: Strange New Worlds will join this lineup eventually, but no release date for the Captain Pike-centered spinoff has been announced.

Disappointingly, Variety reports that a Section 31 series focusing on Michelle Yeoh’s Philippa Georgiou is only in the “conversations” stage. There are, however, other as-yet-unannounced Star Trek shows in development, and Paramount+ programming chief Julie McNamara told Variety that the plan is for Paramount+ to debut a new Trek every quarter. But they also don’t plan to begin a new show until any of the five current or announced shows has ended.

CBS All Access becomes Paramount+ on March 4th.
