The Morning in Publishing: November 8th, 2016

Of course J.K. Rowling gave her publisher a handwritten copy of The Tales Beedle the Bard! Rowling wrote and illustrated seven copies of the fairy tale collection, gifting them to six of the people she considered the most instrumental to the Harry Potter series, and then auctioning off the seventh for her Lumos charity. Now her publisher, Barry Cunningham, is set to auction off his personal copy at Sotheby’s on December 13th.
