Next in the line of San Diego Comic Con sneak peeks, BBC America premiered the trailer for their upcoming series Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency! Based on a book series by the beloved Douglas Adams, the show is already shaping up into what looks like great fun.

There is also something particularly tickling about watching a former Frodo explain that he’s “not a Watson.” A lot of whimsy in the trailer, which is encouraging, given the tone of Adams’s work overall. Even the cinematography feels fun here.
Dirk Gently’s Holistic Detective Agency will premiere on BBC America on October 22nd, 2016.
