“We’ll never forget you, Dory.”

“But what if I forget you?”

OK, commence the waterworks.

The plot to Disney•Pixar’s Finding Dory is pretty straightforward—Dory (Ellen DeGeneres) digs into her past to find her family—and the fun is going to be watching all of her detours and misadventures along the way. The latest trailer gives us a lot to look forward to, from a whole fleet of migrating stingrays to a camouflaging octopus to a chatty whale who remembers Dory! The latter ties into what is sure to be the emotionally suckerpunching portion of the Finding Nemo sequel: what happens when you can’t find your way back home, and will your family eventually forget you?

There will be plenty of time to ugly-cry in the theater, so in the meantime let’s just watch this cute trailer, with its unexpected (but fitting) use of Peter Gabriel’s “Solsbury Hill”:

Finding Dory comes to theaters June 17.
