Fox has released the first trailer for its revival of The X-Files! Featuring an amped-up theme song, Mulder and Scully reuniting like they always knew this was inevitable, and a glimpse of the CSM!
As Mulder explains in a slightly extended version of the trailer, even though the X-Files got closed for good in 2002, his personal search for the truth never ended. And now that we’re in an era of constant surveillance, there’s even more reason to believe that we’re not alone.
Skinner is back! We get a glimpse of Joel McHale! And the Cigarette Smoking Man returns! Or, at least, that’s what Fox wants us to think. For all we know, it could be a similarly narcotine-addicted successor. Watch the trailer for yourself:
