Diana Gill Joins Ace and Roc Books as Executive Editor

Diana Gill will join Berkley/NAL on April 1st as Executive Editor, Ace and Roc Books and will be reporting to Susan Allison, Editorial Director at Berkley.

An accomplished editor, Gill has worked with a variety of books throughout her career—from science textbooks to fantasy novels. She started in science and text books at W. H. Freeman, then moved to Morrow in 1998, where she ran the U.S. branch of Harper Voyager, HarperCollins’s global science fiction and fantasy imprint, for twelve years. During her time with Voyager, Gill launched the careers of #1 New York Times bestseller Kim Harrison and bestselling authors Vicki Pettersson and Jocelynn Drake, and worked with numerous award-winning and bestselling authors, including Brom, Trudi Canavan, Ian Douglas, Richard Kadrey, Sarah Langan, Patrick Lee, Adam Mansbach, Mary Stewart, and David Wellington. In addition to her work as an editor, Gill has also created a course on Niche Markets for New York University’s MS. in Publishing course.
