It’s sort of a given that everyone loves Alan Silvestri’s Back to the Future theme, but we never had the brainspace to figure out why. Now Funny or Die has finally hit the mark—we love it because the music fits basically every movie ever.
Ever.
We feel sort of silly now for not realizing it beforehand. Excuse us while we go lay the soundtrack over all our other favorite films.
What about playing it over the Army of Men charging at the end of Return of the King? Aragorn says, “For Frodo,” and there it goes again…. Yeah, this is sort of perfect.
