Morning Roundup: Man to Basically Sky Dive From Space Next Week

In what will be a world record, an Australian Austrian skydiver named Felix Baumgartner will skydive from 23 miles in the air. He will break the sound barrier while doing this! Though he’s not technically in space, this seems very similar to the orbital jump(s) from Star Trek. Good luck Felix! (news via BuzzFeed)

  1. Star Trek: TNG turned 25. How much do you know about it?
  2. The real danger of time travel is confronting baldness.
  3. Everyone make the Tauntaun sound. Now.

Stubby the Rocket is the voice and mascot of Stubby can’t skydive on account of being a rocket. It’s weird how being awesome has its limitations sometimes.
