A few weeks ago, graphic artist and National Post columnist Chip Zdarsky was convinced to rappel down the side of Toronto’s enormous City Hall in an effort to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation (which seems determined to send Toronto residents plummeting to their possible doom — for charity). Zdarsky, known to Canadians as Steve Murray, was game for it but only under one condition: That he be allowed to dress as Spider-Man.
