Scott Brundage grew up in Danbury, CT, where he honed his imagination pretending the ground was lava and the back of the couch was a perfect perch for a ten-year-old Batman. Scott attended University of the Arts and graduated in 2003, and then he tap-danced around the sombrero of actual freelance illustration by apprenticing under Steve Brodner, Peter de Sève and Burton Silverman. In 2005 he started his freelance career. His work has been seen in The AARP Bulletin, The Wall Street Journal,The New York Times, and The Washington Post, among others. Scott lives and works in Astoria, NY and has received exuberant high-fives from nearly all his roommates.
