The famous phrase “Danger Will Robinson! Danger!” was uttered numerous times on the iconic 1960s sci-fi TV show Lost in Space by a character known only as the B9 Robot. Sadly, the real-life voice of the Robot; Dick Tufeld passed away today. The news comes from fellow Lost in Space alum Billy Mumy’s Facebook page in which he said:

“Dick Tufeld was a really cool guy. He’s reunited with his wife Adrian now. R.I.P. Dick. You will be missed big-time.”

Dick’s other voice credits include Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, The Time Tunnel, and the 1998 film version of Lost in Space. Thanks for the memories Dick.
