Reactor

Tor.com gives a hearty congratulations to our Malazan rereader Amanda Rutter, who has just become the editor of Angry Robot Books’ new YA imprint, Strange Chemistry! The imprint is set to launch in September 2012 with books published simultaneously in the U.S. and U.K., and we can’t wait to see what they’ve got in store for us.

From Angry Robot’s announcement:

The imprint will launch in September 2012, with five titles appearing before the end of that year, before settling down to one book each month. Strange Chemistry will follow AR’s strategy of co-publishing its books simultaneously in the US and UK, in both eBook and paperback formats. Subject matter will include fantasy, science fiction, supernatural and horror.

Don’t fret, Malazan fans. She’ll be continuing to read her way through the Malazan series here on Tor.com. Strange Chemistry Books can be found online here and on Twitter.

Congratulations, Amanda!
