I was playing internet-hopscotch across a bunch of artists’ websites, looking for someone to illustrate a Tor book, and rediscovered Pixar artist Lou Romano‘s blog in which he had posted this animated film based on a Ray Bradbury story.
The script is by Bradbury and George Clayton Johnson (of Logan’s Run) and the art is by one of my favorite Bradbury illustrators, Joseph Mugnaini.
When you have twenty minutes to spare, it’s a great “night before” story about going to the moon.
Irene Gallo hearts animation and really needs to start stalking animation blogs again.
