Kathryn Cramer has posted the Table of Contents for Year’s Best Fantasy 2009, the short fiction anthology that she and David Hartwell are co-editing, and that will mark Tor.com’s publishing debut later this year. As it stands, we’re hard at work getting the files ready for production, and we’ll make an announcement as to availability and publication date shortly.
