Pirate King: from sketch to finish – A fantabulous step-by-step of Todd Lockwood’s Drizzt covers. You can see part 1, part 2, and part 3. Side effects may include lingering on his website to look at all of the other gorgeous art there. Via Suvudu.

Lost season 5 sneak peak – Spoilers, obviously.

15 Geeky Home Gadgets – A typewriter waffle maker can be yours!

Most amazing book covers from pre-Golden Age SF – A great piece on a beautiful assortment of covers.

Should employers discriminate against WoW players? – “[A recruiter] said there is a belief that WoW players cannot give 100% because their focus is elsewhere, their sleeping patterns are often not great, etc.” I’m most amused by the recruiter’s optimism of finding a job candidate who doesn’t ever lose focus or have erratic sleep patterns. Good luck with that!
