According to the interview I heard with her on the radio, she was. I think she mentioned something about her knitting her brain having become a common sight in the emergency room, though I'm not sure I heard that right as I don't know what a psychiatrist would have been doing in the emergency room.

Sometimes, since our health care system is SO GREAT, even doctors have to wait around to see their patients once the actual emergency part is over. Some are also just on call in the ER and would be sitting around waiting to work.
