R.I.P. Ricardo Montalban -The Mexican-born actor best known to geeks as Khan (and best known to everyone else as Mr. Roarke on Fantasy Island) passed away yesterday at the age of 88.  He had been a Mexican film star before getting picked up by MGM for a series of flashy musicals, and the rest is history. We’ll miss you, Ricardo.

R.I.P. Patrick McGoohan - The Prisoner star also passed away yesterday at the age of 80.  McGoohan won two Emmys for two entirely different roles on Columbo and played King Edward Longshanks in Braveheart, but he'll always just be Six to us. We'll miss you, too.

Klingon Keyboard - I think a real geek would have remapped his or her current keyboard. Or changed it to Dvorak.

The Periodic Table of Awesoments - I don’t think it spoils anything to tell you that element number 1 is Bacon, followed by 2 Ninja. I can’t believe that Ramen is ranked higher than Black Holes, but what’ll you do.
