Hey no problem you are one of the people I enjoy all the time reading. The story is in its editing process right now,(of course that is me) so shouldn't be too much longer. Thanks for the interest in my story. I will e-mail it when it is finished or create a link if it is too big.

Thanks, again. Most of the time, I want to cut him some slack - he's obviously very upset about all of this. But he picked a bad time for his last comment (I've got a bottle of Theraflu on one side of my laptop, and a bottle of Vitamin C on the other). ;)

Well, thank you! And a belated Happy Birthday to you as well. I'm fairly satisfied that we understand each other enough (isn't it amazing that can happen completely through words?) to correctly assess each others intent within comments. You have a little more common sense than I, who oftimes refuses to drop a pointless flamewar when the subject is something about which I'm passionate. I realize too late that the opposite party isn't interested in discussion, but merely stirring for stirring's sake. I find it both amusing and insulting when people state their opinion (or theory, or conclusion, etc), hoping for a desired effect, then cry foul when a differing viewpoint demonstrates a weakness in the underpinning of their argument. You, on the other hand, seek to learn from all such interactions, if the subject isn't one about which your convictions are already black and white, and are never so negatively affected by the give and take. For that, I salute you.

About Birgitte name spelling: Randalator said it out loud. I wasn't going to do that, and I probably never will do such a thing. Translations can be a pain in globally discussing WoT. I went into the discussion, which I found interesting btw, by just pronouncing the name right, hoping it would be picked up. It didn't. Oh well. ;)

I am still working on that story, but as soon as it is finished I would gladly sahre it with you and others. That was just my story dribbled down to nothing. Anyways thanks for the nice things you said about it. Sam

Thank you for the compliment, Alice. I know we don't agree on everything (cough, cough, Egwene), but all of your posts are done with class and an amazing amount of expertise. Fact is, if someone like Freelancer or yourself says something, most of us will be listening. And the statistics you compiled from all of our silly little surveys are just plain cool. And, since humor can be offensive, if I ever get out of hand, please don't hesitate to pick up a comment stick for my head. :)
