Evil Inc’s Cast of Characters

Tom Pennington
The man brought in as EVP of Ayvil Industries to run Ayvil Plastics in Dayton, Ohio, a struggling division that needed to be shut down to stop the bleeding. Pennington causes some real bleeding of his own by engineering the most callous and ruthless actions ever taken by any CEO. He is forty-three; smart; charismatic; great with communication; ruggedly good looking; and driven by ego, greed, and power.

Ken Olson
The plant manager of Ayvil Plastics, who is used as a fall guy while suffering the loss of his wife and children in a horrible act of violence. He is the hero of the story, on a mission to get to the truth and bring the guilty to a form of justice only they would understand.

Phil Lambert
Ken Olson’s brother-in-law, and a professional corporate spy. He helps Ken track down the bad guys.

Justin Hildreth
Schemes with Tom Pennington to create a giant empire.

Michael Guillaume
The black executive who has risen to the very pinnacle of mostly white Corporate America. He competes with Tom Pennington to see who succeeds Harry Warren as CEO of a newly merged conglomerate that rivals the size of a small country—after Harry is stricken by a mysterious ailment.

Ted Decker
The helpless FBI agent leading the investigation into the explosion at Ayvil Plastics that left nearly one thousand people dead.

Sandra Olson
The attractive wife of Ken Olson, mother of their two-year-old child, who is killed in a violent act of greed schemed up by a corporate climber.

Arch Paulson
The CEO of Ayvil Industries who had hired Pennington to shut down the underperforming plant. He intended to set up Ken to be a fall guy, but instead shoots himself when bogus evidence seeks to incriminate him in the intentional bombing of his company.

Pat Pierce
The lead news anchor at ANN-TV, for Prime Time Focus. She is sleeping with the enemy and planning her wedding with Tom Pennington. Her engagement ring is eight carats.

Cindy Morse
The actress hired to keep an eye on Ken Olson and report on his activities. She sleeps with her target and confesses her role to him.

Grant De Waal
A dangerous African hired gun with no heart or soul, also known as “Bill Hunt,” “Peter Houghton,” and “Stephen Hodes.” He commits violence without any apparent remorse, fear, or guilt.
