Hi Matt, Sorry for the delay in replying to you! My suggestion is to read it in publication order, which would mean waiting until you finish Book 10, as there are characters/events in New Spring that won't have the same impact if you read about them before they are introduced in the series proper. It won't ruin the experience or anything if you don't wait, but in my opinion it'll work better if you wait. Hope that helps, and happy reading!
