Married, mother of a two year old, so I read during lunch breaks at work. Been reading the WoT since 1993 (8th grade). I have a Masters of Arts in Medieval European History. I often credit my love of reading fantasy with my love of history.

Sorry I didn't get back to you regarding the design, just saw that now, haven't been here in a while... I like the new one better anyway :)

A couple of things on WoK... One, EXCELLENT answer to tium! Very gracious - more so than I would have felt, I think. :) Two, very good insight on Kaladin. However... you have to wait until nearly the end of the book to find out about Kaladin and the Shardplate; I think it's the second- and third-to-last flashbacks where we finally see the whole story. (Maybe third and fourth, but way down at the end.)

No problem. I had my fill of 285 when on the occasions I had to travel between home and Athens when I was a student at UGA.

BT - Thanks so much for the pointer to the 13th depository. By the way, I want in on whatever we're doing for T-shirts.

What a great heritage. My wife is Choctaw and we get the Bishinik and yearly calendar in the mail. Have you gotten your son registered? It was a bit of a pain with our kids, but it's worth the effort.
