Ragnarok and Roll Sweepstakes!

Tor.com's own Keith R.A. DeCandido has a new collection of urban fantasy stories out now, and it's the perfect read for the last steamy days of summer. Ragnarok and Roll: Tales of Cassie Zukav, Weirdness Magnet takes place in Key West, Florida, where Norse gods mingle with rock 'n' roll lovers and scuba divers stumble upon sights much stranger than the occasional exotic fish.

Funny, smart, and, as the title suggests, totally weird, these eight tales will have you wishing you really could go hang at a bar where Loki is the lead singer in the house band—when he's not trying to bring about Ragnarok, that is. We've got the next best thing for you, though: a chance to win one of our ten copies of the book, which Keith will sign and personalize! Be sure to catch Keith this week if you're in NYC, too, at the launch party for the book Tuesday night in Soho, or the Singularity & Co. reading this Friday at 7 p.m.

This looks interesting. Norse gods. After spending (four nights of) the first week of the month at the Seattle Opera Ring cycle, it'd probably break my brain - but in a good way.
