Morning Roundup: This Luke Skywalker Art is Totally Heavy

Artist Denis Medri has reimagined the original Star Wars as an 1980’s teen drama/comedy, partly in the vein of Back to the Future, or a John Hughes movie. Check out Luke Skywalker rocking his Marty McFly vest in this striking image and look at all of Medri’s Star Wars drawings here.

From the Hollywoood Reporter:

Don't look for Emma Watson in the upcoming Fifty Shades of Grey movie. The actress made it clear she's NOT interested, again, in a Tweet Sunday.

"Who here actually thinks I would do the 50 Shades of Grey movie? Like really. For real. In real life," Emma wrote. "Good. Well that's sorted then."

Actually, after reading the New Krypton arc, I totally see Zod as not a monster --he's just a (slightly flawed) man in an impossible situation. I actually like him better this way; he seems somehow the most human character in that particular arc (compared to Clark the Paragon, Luthor the Megalomaniac, and Kara the walking identity crisis).
