This book sounds amazing! Viking history intersperced with Tolkien facts -- hell yes! In fact, after reading the expert, I'm a little upset that I've never heard of Snorri, even though I have a BA in English.

I had always understood Snorri to have a terribly strong Christian bias, but a critical view of his work that takes his bias into consideration while pointing out what Snorri had to say that is of value, sounds very welcome.
