Tor.com Newspaper Sweepstakes!

Walter Mosley BEA 2012It’s official — digital is dead and print is the only way to go. With that in mind, Tor.com will be analog from here on forward.

Okay, not exactly. But we did create a gorgeous newspaper edition of the site to hand out at BEA. We’ve got 50 copies here in the office, and we thought some of our lovely readers might like them! We even have a picture of Walter Mosley reading a copy for reference (and also to prove exactly how cool it is). Comment below and you might win the first proper edition of Tor.com!

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Sweepstakes open to legal residents of fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 or older. To enter, comment on this post beginning at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) June 7, 2012. Sweepstakes ends at 12:00 p.m. ET June 11, 2012. Void outside of the 50 US and DC and where prohibited by law. Please see full details and official rules here. Sponsor: Macmillan Publishers, 175 Fifth Ave., New York, NY 10010.

Count me in! I have a local paper called the Tribune, but when I drop issues in a bin for bird-cage-use/recycling, it appears to spontaneusly multiply, so I've renamed it the Tribble.

My family has a tradition of saving newspapers to describe important parts of our lives to future generations. If Tor has their own I've gotta get a copy now.
