I was in Winnipeg last month too! OK, only for four hours in the railway station (and the lovely Forks market) twice, but it seems like a very nice place.

Come to the south! Check out Hub City Bookshop in Spartanburg, SC or Malaprops in Asheville, NC. Book tours often exclude this area but there are lots of avid readers!

Montreal??? Do you have any plans for readings? I'm in Ottawa and have to work overtime the weekend of your Toronto visit but I could most likely do Montreal a different weekend. Among Others is a forever-for-keeps book for me.
