First 5 Chapters of Cinder Now Available for Free Download!

Marissa Meyer’s debut novel Cinder will release on January 3rd (check out an introductory story here on the site!), but the first five chapters are available for free download right now! Here’s more on the book:

Cinder, a gifted mechanic, is a cyborg. She’s a second-class citizen with a mysterious past, reviled by her stepmother and blamed for her stepsister’s illness. But when her life becomes intertwined with the handsome Prince Kai’s, she suddenly finds herself at the center of an intergalactic struggle, and a forbidden attraction. Caught between duty and freedom, loyalty and betrayal, she must uncover secrets about her past in order to protect her world’s future.

Whoops, B&N doesn't seem to have the preview chapters! Any chance of a file being posted on this site?

As usual, TOR tantalizes the non-US suscribers of the newsletter and then we discover we are left out. Once again I wonder why I bother.

@Marina I totally agree. We don't get to enter the competitions but we should at least be able to download the stories!

I'd love to grab the free chapters from my favorite retailer. Alas, they are not available from B&N and I am weary of having to read Kindle content on my netbook. Oh, well.

Here is the correct link for the B&N 5 chapter download
http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/cinder-marissa-meyer/1100649238?ean=9781466805880. The link appeared in my library after I downloaded the 1 chapter sample.

I first grabbed it from McMillian as a Google Book

Hope this helps some of the frustrations.
