Hello? I needed something to cheer me up after reading the news the last few days, so I reread _Blindsight_, caught up on http://www.rifters.com/crawl/?p=1889#comments, and followed the link there to Tor

I enjoyed Mr. Herbert and Mr.Anderson's take on the Dune Universe. Although the official blurb doesn't make the new Hell Hole IP seem all that different: far future, inhospit planet, evil empire... from what I've garnered from the many reviews I've been reading, there's a great twist in the story that makes this new trilogy its own beast. I'll most definitely be reading this book. A freebie wouldn't hurt.
