Robert Reed is an American science fiction author born October 9, 1956. From the late 1980s onward, he has been one of the field’s most widely-praised authors of short fiction. His several novels include Down the Bright Way (1991), An Exaltation of Larks (1995), Marrow (2000), and The Well of Stars (2004). His novella “A Billion Eyes” won the Hugo Award in 2007.
He lives in Lincoln, Nebraska with his family.
