This new trailer for The Clockwork Sky by Madeleine Rosca makes us really, really want to play a video game version of the book! Something sort of like the latter Breath of Fire games, or better yet, Dragon Quest 8!
The book, out on September 4th, heralds the start of a new prequel series to her previous steampunk manga trilogy Hollow Fields. (We’ll have an excerpt for you early next week!) If Rosca’s art seems familiar to Tor.com readers, you may recognize her style from a certain John Scalzi-related joke we played this past April…
Stubby the Rocket is the mascot of Tor.com and has this crazy urge to play lots of Mega Man now.
