Joss Whedon On What We Can Expect to See Next From Firefly

A sea of Jayne hats bobbed nervously, cautiously anticipating the announcement of big news during the Firefly 10 year reunion panel at San Diego Comic Con 2012. More than 4500 people were in attendance for the highly emotional panel (hopefully more to come on that regard) but there was little news to be had. One tidbit that Whedon did drop: There will be more Firefly comics, some of which will tell stories post-Serenity, but no foreseeable animated series or return to TV or film.
