Locus Magazine has just posted the The World Fantasy Awards nomination ballot! Winners will be announced at this year’s World Fantasy Convention, to be held October 27-30, in San Diego CA. The World Fantasy Awards have also announced the two winners of this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
